Product Features

  • Structure is selected from the product formula, target shelf life, distribution conditions and filling/sealing process—not from a generic stock specification.
  • Resealable zipper, bottom gusset, tear notch, window and hang hole can be configured according to product and channel requirements.
  • Sealant layer, barrier layer and total gauge are confirmed after compatibility review and, where necessary, sample or line testing.
  • Dimensions, artwork layout, coding area, carton packing and quality checkpoints are documented before production approval.

Printing & Finishing Options

Flexographic printing

Considered for suitable films, paper structures and repeat orders where production efficiency is important. Colour count, line-screen expectations, plate cost and registration tolerance are reviewed with the artwork.

Rotogravure printing

Often selected for medium-to-long runs requiring consistent colour, fine graphics and broad material compatibility. Cylinder investment, SKU quantity and repeat-order plan should be considered before selection.

Digital printing

Useful for prototypes, market validation, multi-SKU launches and shorter runs. Available size, material, colour and finishing options depend on the confirmed project specification.

Important: The recommended print process is determined by artwork complexity, material, order volume, number of versions and target cost. Pantone and CMYK colour targets should be supported by approved files and, when required, a signed colour standard.

Customisation Process

  1. Share the product, target capacity, dimensions or sample bag, expected quantity and destination market.
  2. Confirm bag type, material direction, thickness, functional features and print process.
  3. Review dieline and artwork; approve a digital proof, physical sample or production standard as agreed.
  4. Production is coordinated with in-process checks, final inspection and shipment documentation.

Purchasing FAQ

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

WakaPack is a Tianjin-based packaging supplier with integrated manufacturing partners and direct production management. Our team coordinates specification review, artwork, production, quality inspection and export delivery. Production videos, third-party inspections and arranged facility visits can be discussed before order placement.

What information is required for an accurate quotation?

Please send the product to be packed, bag type, dimensions or capacity, expected quantity per SKU, required barrier or shelf-life target, filling method, destination market and artwork status. A sample or reference photo is helpful but does not replace confirmed specifications.

Can I receive samples before placing an order?

Existing material or format samples may be arranged for evaluation. A custom printed or production sample depends on size, structure, print process and tooling requirements; sample cost and timing are confirmed case by case.

How do you confirm material and thickness?

We first review product compatibility, filling and sealing conditions, storage, transport, shelf-life target and regulatory requirements. The laminate and gauge are then proposed for approval and should be validated when the application requires testing.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is not quoted as one universal number. It depends on bag size, material structure, print method, colour count, cylinder or plate requirements and the number of SKUs. Digital printing may suit some short runs, while gravure or flexographic printing is generally evaluated for repeat or larger-volume programs.

How is quality controlled?

Approved specifications and artwork form the inspection basis. Checks may cover dimensions, print appearance, registration, laminate condition, seal quality, functional accessories, quantity and packing. Additional testing or third-party inspection can be arranged when agreed in the order.

What are the production and delivery terms?

Lead time begins after specification, artwork, commercial terms and required approvals are complete. Shipping method and Incoterms are selected according to destination, volume and buyer preference; available terms are confirmed in the quotation.
