These Terms and Conditions govern your use of wakapack.com and the information, quotation, and communication services provided through the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. B2B information and quotation website

WakaPack is a business-to-business packaging website. Product pages, images, dimensions, material descriptions, lead times, minimum quantities, and other information are general references unless confirmed in a written quotation, specification sheet, approved artwork, sample approval, purchase agreement, or order confirmation.

2. Quotations and orders

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or require either party to proceed. A transaction becomes binding only when the parties confirm the commercial terms, specifications, payment arrangements, delivery terms, and other applicable requirements in writing. Quotations may have a stated validity period and may change if specifications, quantities, raw-material costs, exchange rates, freight, taxes, or regulatory requirements change.

3. Custom specifications and tolerances

Custom packaging performance depends on the packed product, filling process, storage, distribution, sealing equipment, material structure, dimensions, printing, and other conditions. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate application information and for confirming that the final specification is suitable for their intended use. Normal manufacturing and printing tolerances will be stated or agreed where relevant.

4. Artwork, trademarks, and customer materials

You represent that you have the right to provide and authorize the use of any artwork, logo, text, photograph, trademark, design, or other material submitted to us. Customer materials are used for evaluation, quotation, proofing, and production as authorized for the project. WakaPack may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, misleading, or technically unsuitable.

5. Samples, proofs, and approvals

Samples, digital proofs, color references, and prototypes are provided to help confirm specifications. Production should proceed only after the required approvals are given. Screen colors and digital previews may differ from physical printed materials, finishes, and substrates.

6. Payment, shipping, taxes, and import requirements

Payment terms, Incoterms, freight, insurance, taxes, duties, customs clearance, and delivery estimates are determined by the applicable written quotation or agreement. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, incomplete information, late approvals, or events outside reasonable control may affect schedules.

7. Quality issues and claims

Customers should inspect goods promptly after receipt and report any claimed nonconformity with supporting photographs, quantities, batch information, and other reasonable evidence within the period stated in the relevant agreement. Remedies, if applicable, are determined under the confirmed commercial terms and the nature of the verified issue.

8. Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, photographs, and WakaPack branding are owned by or licensed to WakaPack and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission. Product illustrations and mockups are for communication and may not represent final production specifications.

9. No warranty for website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every product shown is immediately available. We may update or remove website content without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WakaPack is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
